Plan, assess, train, test: how we qualify specialists

Credentials describe a person. They do not show how that person performs on your task. Our process exists to close that gap.

Plan

We start from the client's task, their standard, and the edge cases that break their model. That defines what good work looks like.

Assess

Specialists take assessments: English proficiency, a test in their field, and an evaluation test that checks how they judge AI outputs.

Train

Those who pass are trained on the project's specific guidelines and failure modes.

Test

Before live work, they complete a project test scored against verified answers. Only those above the agreed threshold are invited onto production work.
